What is your return policy?

We stand by every Adler & Iron™ product. If you’re not fully satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
To start a return, contact returns@adlerandiron.com and our team will guide you through the process.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your shipment in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@adlerandiron.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet — Adler & Iron™ operates exclusively online from Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. This allows us to offer free shipping, risk-free returns, and direct-from-founder craftsmanship without retail mark-ups.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Canada and the U.S. takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

We offer free standard shipping across Canada and the U.S. on qualifying orders. Express delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Do you offer free shipping?

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

At this time, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. We recommend providing a physical address to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
